Skegness Motorcycle Club was formed in 1959 by a group of
enthusiast that wanted to enjoy the sporting side of motorcycling whereupon the Skegness Motorcycle and Scooter Club was formed.
The present chairman Mr Bryan Rust was one of the founder members of this successful club where grass track and road races were run for meny years.
The present membership is steadily growing and the main interests now are club social events biking trips, and bike related coach trips.
The highlight of the club year is the annual dinner and dance when around 200 members and friends get together at the Imperial Hotel Skegness on the last Saturday in January to reminisce over old times.
With a full year round events calendar our club secretary Mrs Nancy Wilson and supporting committee do a sterling job organising and coordinating our club activities programme.
The Welcome Inn Skegness is our meeting place where we can be found
the first Wednesday night of the month.

2009 Annual Dinner Dance at Skegness our guest speaker was Guy Martin
who presented trophies to club members and friends of the club.
We all had a good 4 cuorse meal and then photos were taken by

On the 26th May 2009 Skegness Motor Cycle Club and friends got together for the annual Charity Dog food run which sets off from Taggs caravan park Wainfleet Road Skegness, As you can see this year 40 biks and trikes got in to the mood by dressing up as dogs. Donations were gratefully received by JG's Dogs home at Algarkirk Nancy's car was full to the brim with dog food and in excess of £150 was raised.
The Skegness MCC would like to thank Taggs Caravan site and JG,s Dogs home for all the refreshments.
Skegness And District Motor Cycle Club held a Bikers weekend
at the Welcome Inn Burgh Road Skegness with live music The Melt,
Where's Ted, Charlie Don't Surf, and the resident House Band.
It was well attended picture shows winning Bikes, Trike with proud owners
and club members who are looking forward to next year.
